Fresh Sheet

Dinerware offers a fresh sheet on the login screen.  This allows your wait staff to note each time they go to
a terminal how many of an item remain available.  Each item is set with a count.  The count is dynamic in
that it will be updated each time someone orders one or more of the item.

































  • An item that has reached 0 on the fresh sheet will be shown in the menu as:









To set items on the fresh sheet:

  • As a manager, go to the Management window and select Daily.
  • In the In the Management, Daily tasks Window, click on the Fresh Sheet button.

















  • This will open the Edit Fresh Sheet window.

































  • All Menu items will be listed on the left.  
  • Double click on each item that should be listed on the fresh sheet.
  • The item will be moved to the right hand column.
  • Once all items that should be listed are displayed in the right hand column, each one will
    need to be set up with a Count.  
  • Highlight the item in the right hand column and click the Edit button.
  • In the Edit Fresh Sheet Item page, set the quantity available and the count below which it should be
    displayed on the fresh sheet.
  • Once the number of items falls below the listed number, the item will be included in the
    fresh sheet.
