Easily re-open tickets to adjust payments

The Tickets screen allows you to view and re-open closed Tickets. When you re-open a ticket, the new ticket
is fully “live” and is assigned to the person who re-opened it.  Any items sold or transactions made will be
credited to the person who owns the ticket. To avoid confusion, immediately transfer the ticket back to the
original user before adjusting transactions.

(Tickets only become fully live if something is done to it. If it is just reopened, viewed and then closed, no
new sales data is recorded.)
