“Hot Swap Program”

Products must be under warranty. POSLeader will send replacement hardware within 24 hours of
notification. This hardware may be used only until warranty hardware is returned or replaced by the
manufacturer.
(Deposit for replacement equipment is required)

POSLeader will only charge shipping.

Custom Menu Design Service - $80 per hour and only up to 90% of menu

Complete menu design and set up is available with an additional paid service. Cost of this service
varies with the complexity of the menu and the number of items on the menu. Most menus take a
minimum of 3 hours to build, although this is shorted if the product guide is already setup. Contact our

POS Printer Installation Assistance

Technical support under one of our paid support plans includes services to assist in making settings
to Point of Success software to print on a POS printer. For us to provide these services, a printer
must meet these requirements:

  • The printer must be connected to a computer (stand-alone or networked)
  • An approved printer driver must be installed for the printer (see the Point of Success
    Knowledge Base for details)
  • If applicable, the printer must be shared with other computers on the network that will use the
    printer (including installation of the printer driver and printing of a Windows test page)
  • A Windows test page must be able to print on the printer without errors
