If you're running into a problem where your credit card tips are not being pulled from your checkout, so it's claiming you owe when you don't.

If your workstation is loaded, which it generally should be, go ahead and enter the appropriate authority pin # that will allow you to exit Dinerware.

Click on the manager button.

Click on the system button

There's a checkbox that says Exclude tips from cash reconciliation ... go ahead and check that.

Click ok.

Click Back to Tickets.

Now your tips should be pulled from the credit cards.
