Delivery and Take-Out Restaurant Caller ID System
Point of Success Caller ID is a combination of hardware and software that work together to deliver caller ID information from your phone lines to your Point of Success order entry software. Incoming calls display on each order entry computer to identify the calling customer, speeding the entry of customer information. Features include:
- Customer telephone number, first & last name are automatically entered when setting up a new customer.
- Call waiting status – a visual representation of how long a customer has been waiting that will alert your staff. Warning times can be adjusted to alert your service staff at the times you specify.
Reporting features for the Caller ID module includes charts, graphs, and report in the following areas:
- Quantify incoming calls by date and time
- Count calls taken, customer hang-ups, and calls not answered
- Analyze the time required to answer calls
- Graph services changes over time
Hardware and System Requirements
- Caller ID requires an available serial communication port on the computer designated as the Caller ID server.
- Available in two, four and eight line versions.
- Point of Success Caller ID is offered for use in the United States, Canada and Australia.
- Works with Point of Success Premium only.
- Module includes both the software and a Caller ID interface box (hardware) needed to deliver incoming call information to the Point of Success order entry program.
- Requires a separate caller ID subscription from your local telephone carrier.
- Works on a single computer or on a network.
