Q: What is your Customer Privacy policy?
A: POSLeader.com uses session cookies to provide continuity from page to page; these cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.
POSLeader.com will occasionally send special offers via email to our customers. Customers may opt out of email solicitation in their account settings. Customer data is protected with encryption and stored in a secure data center. POSLeader.com will never sell, rent or disclose customer information including e-mail addresses. You can disable your cookies at any time through your browser options.
Q: Is my personal Data Secure?
A: POSLeader.com uses a secured network to handle your personal information. A secured server is used and information is transmitted via SSL encryption handled by Comodo. This security technology makes it safe to enter and transmit your credit card over the Internet by providing the following protections:

Q: How does POSLeader use my Navigational Information and Personal Information?
A: POSLeader.com logs the user's Internet Protocol Address (IP). An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your PC every time you browse the Internet and it does not contain any personal information. When you make a purchase the IP address is logged with the order, but is not shared with any other companies or agencies except in the case of credit card fraud where information is provided to the appropriate authorities.
Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to employees of POSLeader.com and cannot be modified by web visitors. We do not store your credit card numbers on our Web Site.
Q: Why would I set up a Web account, and how do I find my password?
A: If you have set up an account on our Web site and are logged in during checkout (or set up the account during checkout) you can get detailed order status information, set up multiple shipping addresses, add to your wish list, speed up checkout and save your shopping cart for the next time you visit. And if you forget your password, you can always click the “Forgot password” link and we'll send it to the email address we have on file.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: If you set up a Web account during checkout, or where logged into your Web account while you placed your order, you can find tracking information, otherwise check any emails we may have sent after your order.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: If you are looking for shipping rates, we have a direct connection to our shipping companies, usually UPS or FedEx, so when you add an item into your shopping cart and checkout, you will be able to see the actual shipping charges, based on your zip code, postal code or country. If you place your order by 4pm MST we will usually ship it the same business day.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes, we ship products internationally. We will have to declare your order's actual value on customs forms, and will NOT be able to label it as a gift or return. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be applicable to a delivery outside the USA. Removing the product from the United States may void all warranties. You can place an order with your international credit card directly on our site, or contact our sales department to discuss prepayment by bank wire.
Q: What about warranties?
A: All products carry the manufacturer warranty unless specifically noted otherwise. Product warranties vary by manufacturer. POSLeader.com offers a 20-day warranty from date of invoice on most products. Please see individual product descriptions for details.
In all cases, POSLeader.com does not imply any additional product warranties. All warranty and faulty product related issues beyond the standard DOA period would be directly handled by the product manufacturer (OEM). POSLeader.com is not responsible for individual manufacturers’ warranty policies. If you have any specific questions, please contact the manufacturer directly. Q: So after 20 days, what steps can I take?
A: One of the reasons we sell only well–known manufacturers is because they are very good at taking care of their customers after the sale is made. If after 20 days, you need help with serial numbers, proof–of–purchase or enlist our help in resolving warranty issues with the OEM, you can call any representative for assistance.
Q: What happens if I do have a problem with a purchase?
A: Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us through our toll free number and we will work with you to resolve your problem. We have a 20–day return policy. After 20 days from the date you received the product, the OEM will generally take care of the problem for you, but how the OEM handles your problem is up to them entirely. But before that, we will do our absolute best to help. If we can't reach a satisfactory resolution to your problem before our 20–day return period ends, we will refund your money upon return of the product or come to another mutually agreeable solution.
Q: What do the terms Open Box, Factory Refurbished and Refurbished mean?
A: Our Open Box, Factory Refurbished and Refurbished definitions are below:
- Open Box products are in original manufacturer condition, are fully functional, include accessories, and carry manufacturer warranty.
- Factory Refurbished products have been returned to an authorized factory service center, restored to meet manufacturer quality standards, and carry manufacturer warranty.
- Refurbished products have been restored to meet manufacturer quality standards, are fully functional, but may show limited signs of use. These products include accessories and a 90–day warranty, unless specifically noted otherwise.
Q: How about the packaging? How does it look?
A: Usually, the box we ship the product in is the original factory packaging. However, sometimes the original box has been shipped previously and we decide to repackage the unit in a double–walled brown box to ensure that the unit will arrive to you in good condition.
Q: What taxes does POSLeader.com charge
A:
- Colorado State Law requires POSLeader.com to charge state sales tax to orders shipping to a Colorado Address.
- Canadian Law requires POSLeader.com to charge GST or HST to orders shipping to Canada
- Resellers or Importers with proper documentation may have tax omitted from their orders, please contact a sales representative for more information
Q: How can I Opt-out of email promotions?
A: POSLeader.com will give visitors a choice whether they wish to be on the mailing list, receive promotions, information or updates about the site. The visitor may choose to remove their name from the site's mailing list by clicking the "remove" link at the bottom of any promotional email communication.
Q: I clicked a link and was taken off POSLeader, am I safe?
A: POSLeader.com may direct you to other trusted sites with which we associate or are outside our service. These other sites may use their own "cookies", collect data or solicit personal information from you. Please be advised POSLeader.com is not responsible for the privacy policies and guidelines on these sites. POSLeader.com suggests you review their policies before you utilize their site.
Q: What about errors on the Web site
A: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and POSLeader.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, POSLeader.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the POSLeader.com Return Policy.

A: Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to authorized POSLeader.com employees. You cannot edit this information online, unless you have created an account on our Web site.
