Restock Fees
• No restock fee on DOA (Dead on Arrival) products.
• Freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
• If the returned item meets all the criteria in the Return Policy, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be applied depending on the sale value of the returned items:
• 5% of purchase price or $20 per item, whichever is greater. Factory Sealed only.
• 10% of purchase price or $40 per item, whichever is greater. Open boxed only.
• Orders over $2500, returns may incur a restocking fee up 25%, in certain instances.
POSLeader.com Restaurant Packages may be returned within 20 days of the date of invoice, only with an RMA number. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns on a per unit basis. For all systems, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the systems back to POSLeader.com. PLease read our return policy for instructions.

Prior to the return of any product to POSLeader.com, you must obtain an RMA number. Product returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense.
POSLeader.com offers a generous (20) day return policy to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Our Returns Policy is subject to the following:
An RMA number must be requested within (20) days of the delivery date. After (20) days have elapsed, the customer should contact the applicable warranty provider (OEM). Manufacture information is on each manufacture page.
• RMA numbers are valid for 14 days only.
• Returned product will be accepted only after the issuance of an RMA number.
• Keep the product(s) in its original condition including the box, packaging and all accessories. Making any marks or writing on the box will render the product un-returnable.
• Write the RMA number on the shipping label, not on the box.
• Credits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
• Cancellation of custom configurations and labels is subject to a 25% cancelation fee.
• To receive credit, all products must 1) be returned in their original packaging, 2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition. All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer or customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged or altered products and accessories.
• Software may be returned only if the factory seal remains intact and is subject to the remainder of this policy, download, registered or licensed software may not be returned. Our Return Policy for software is consistent with the manufacturer’s license agreement found on each manufacturer's page.
• We do not accept returns of print heads, media (labels, ribbon, receipt paper, etc.), software, service contracts, video subscriptions and professional services, including custom programming, card printing, and label printings.
• In the event that a product received by the customer is defective and the product has been removed from the country after delivery within the USA, the buyer must return the product and is responsible for any taxes, duties or fees related to this return. Taking a product permanently out of the USA may void the warranty. Please check with individual manufacturers for specifics.
DOA/Defective Product Returns
On rare occasions, customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. If POSLeader.com cannot resolve the issues we will provide an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. No restocking fess will be charged on DOA products.
Back-order Policy
If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you chose. If you would like to change your shipping method, exchange your item, or request a refund, please send email to customerservice@posleader.com and we will change it for you.
