Shipping Policies

We strive for quick handling of orders. All orders placed before 4:00 PM MST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:01 PM MST will be processed the next business day. If there is going to be a delay shipping your order (such as being out of stock or backordered), we will contact you with the expected ship date. We insure all of our customers' packages and use UPS and FedEx for most shipments. Larger orders may qualify to be shipped by truck. For shipments billed to your FedEx or UPS account or Saturday delivery, please contact us by phone to place your order.

 

Shipping Details

 

     Shipping address must be a residential or business address. We will not ship to a PO Boxes, due to UPS and Federal Express restrictions.

     Orders returned as "undeliverable" or "refused" will be charged a minimum $40 fee.

     Orders with a gross weight over 150lbs may be subject to additional shipping fees. POSLeader.com will confirm additional by contacting you.

     All orders not going ground will include additional shipping charges. An estimate will be specified in the checkout page, if the estimate is incorrect you will be contacted by a representative to confirm shipping charges

     Saturday delivery not available in all areas.

     Continental US Available Shipping Methods (Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight)

     Alaska & Hawaii Available Shipping Methods (2 Day)

     Canada Available Shipping Methods (UPS Standard)

     If shipping is Free on your item then the shipping method will be ground shipping.

     Orders requiring a shipping address change after being processed will be assessed a $15 fee. This includes any information on the shipping label, such as address, recipient, or attn: line.

 

Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address

Orders with the same billing and shipping address or an alternate shipping address recognized by the card issuer will ship the quickest.

Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.

Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

Shipping outside the United States

We ship too many countries outside of the United States. We will have to declare your order's actual value on customs forms, and are not be able to label it as a gift or return. Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, customs fees, and local taxes. All fees are the responsibility of the receiving party. These fees vary by region and are not collected by POSLeader.com. Please contact your local customs office for details. Removing the product from the United States may void all warranties. You can place an order with your international credit card directly on our site if you are located in Canada or Mexico or you can pay via several other alternative payment methods as offered on our site and accepted in your country. You can also contact our sales department to discuss prepayment by bank wire. Products will not ship until full payment has been received.

 

Holiday Shipping





Holidays overwhelm the major shipping companies. Our main carriers (UPS and FedEx) may not guarantee ground shipments to arrive on schedule during the holidays. This means our standard 3-5 business day shipping may arrive a couple of days late, even though we ship it out the same business day as ordered (M-F). For urgent or time-sensitive shipments we recommend shipping Overnight or 2nd day Air. To check to see if the carriers are delivering or picking-up shipments on certain days you can check their posted Holiday schedules on their website (www.fedex.com and www.ups.com).
